In the event of any conflict between these Terms and your service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials provided to you and for ensuring that your use of our platforms complies with all applicable healthcare regulations, including but not limited to CQC standards, NHS guidelines, and MHRA requirements.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation.

13. Changes to These Terms

PharmaEthical reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this document.
